The Thaliak is an intimiate, immersive Play Party scene for the people of Eorzea and beyond.The Thaliak is a queer owned venue and is protective of LGBTQ+. This space is inherently adult in nature and as such we only accept characters and players who are 21+.Play to your heart's content in the company of others, or enjoy the view.
✧WHAT IS A PLAY PARTY?✧
A play party is an event where kinksters come to socialize, engage with their community, and of course... to play!Play can be anything - it could involve roleplay in various roles (like pets), it could involve relationship dynamics (dominance and submission), it could involve sex, or it could just be platonic cuddling.
All of these are valid types of play and at any given play party, you are likely to see a wide range of types of play.If you’re looking to learn more about kink or discover more of your own kinks, coming to play parties is a great way to get exposure to all the different types of play that exist in the kink community and to educate yourself about how other folks play.
✧WHAT IF I'M NOT PLAYING?✧
Observe! Voyeurism is a huge part of the kink community and a big reason why many folks enjoy play parties! Coming to observe is the best way to learn about how other folks play, learn about new kinks, and to feel more comfortable in the space.
Socializing! Kink really is a community first and many folks come to parties in order to see their friends (and sometimes play with them). Meeting folks at parties is a great way to start building connections in the community and start building a sense of belonging and acceptance.

✧RULES AND ETIQUETTE✧
Clear, enthusiastic, and ongoing consent is required for all play and interactions. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and this must be respected immediately. Do NOT pressure, coerce, or guilt anyone into play or interact with you.
Not respecting boundaries will result in being removed from the event and blacklisted.
This is a place for open expression, however that may look. From leather and lace to nothing but a collar, you can dress however you’d like here. All forms of dress are allowed, with kink and fetish gear being encouraged!
All attendants are expected to understand and use the stoplight system during scenes and interactions:
Green: All good. Keep going, check again later.
Yellow: Slow down. Check in, adjust.
Red: Stop immediately. Check in, move to aftercare.
In addition to the stoplight system, participants are encouraged to establish personal safewords and boundaries with their play partners before any scene begins.
